Im an artist who likes to draw for fun, just because I wanna see myself happier.
When I was young I was not so happy, I did not have many toys to play with did not go out side on adventures with my friends because we didn't have enough money for our living and I had to help my parents work
I do art as a hobby because cause I did know what to do I can created monsters I can have more friends I can go travel not outside but deep inside my heart I was a boy who likes to play games and 2 games I played when I was a kid one is Dragon quest and another one is Pokemon those are Rpg games, Im a big fan of imaginary world, I love fantasy stuff, I love magic, monsters, robots, people loving in peace but sometimes monsters come and destroy the world and we have to be a hero to protect the world, Im kind of that person even now I feel like Im a 14 year olds everyday, and those kids they dream very big they have big dreams they have tons of the creativity stuff they are the dreamer They live their life by playing with their dreams.
And I had the same dream as they are, I want to show people my imaginary world. And the world of mine.

Art has played such an important role in my life ever since I was young! 5 years ago, I finally embarked on my own art-venture and the experience has been fulfilling and eye-opening! Hello. I am a travel sketch artist who carries a sketchbook with me everywhere. I like to see objects with my own eyes and put those spaces in my sketchbook. In other work, I do films, cafes, and corporate illustrations, and I also teach drawing to students. In the past, I have collaborated with various movies such as Avengers and Beauty and the Beast at Korean Disney. It feels like a dream to become an ambassador for Sakura's 100th anniversary this time. There was a time when I first grabbed a pen and wondered how to draw, and it's such an honor to be with Sakura. In particular, it feels like a dream to represent Korea. I want to draw various pictures with Sakura in the future.

다른 일로는 영화,카페,기업 일러스트도 하고 있으며, 학생들을 대상으로 그림도 가르치고 있습니다.
예전에는 한국 디즈니에서 어벤져스,미녀와 야수등 여러 영화와 콜라보 작업도 해봤습니다.
이번에 사쿠라 100주년 엠버서더가 되었다는게 꿈 같습니다.
처음 펜을 잡고 어떻게 그림을 그리나 하던 시절이 있었는데, 사쿠라와 함께 한다는게 너무 영광이네요.
특히 한국 대표라니 꿈 같습니다.
앞으로 사쿠라와 함께 여러가지 그림들을 그려보고 싶네요.

On my healing journey through the art of Calligraphy, I feel so honoured to become one of the ambassadors for the Sakura 100th Anniversary Project. To me, “Art in my life” means the freedom of expressing our inner selves while at the same time accepting our imperfections in life. I am most devoted in calligraphy flourishing with floral illustrations. As the letters and flowers grow freely at pen points, life flourishes liberally at hearts. Let our inner beauty bloom like Sakura!

My name is Bárbara, I’m from Chile, a beautiful country in South America, since I was little I have felt a great attraction towards the arts, as an adult I studied Graphic Design and worked as Art Director in a magazine, today I’m exploring and discovering this wonderful endless world of lettering and calligraphy, which led me to create my Instagram account @barby_lettering 2 years ago.
I love learning new techniques, but my favorite is blending, the feeling of seeing how the colors come together and form new tones and textures is incredible.
The day that Sakura contacted me to select me as an ambassador was amazing, I felt so honored since it’s a great company and I have always loved all its products, they have accompanied me throughout these 2 years that I have been in my constant learning and I’m sure that they will always be with me because they are really spectacular!!!

I've been using Sakura pens for most of my career. The type of drawing I do involves hours of intensive line rendering and having tried numerous other products I keep going back to Sakura pens because they just feel right. I'm honoured to be a part of their 100yr anniversary!
